TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In these terms and conditions "we", "our" and "us" means Eleven Vape, "you" refers to you the customer.
"Dollar" constitutes New Zealand dollars only. These terms and conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between Eleven Vape and the customer. No other external terms and conditions are applicable to this website and business. Terms and conditions cannot be varied without prior approval from both parties in writing.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions are the terms on which Eleven Vape offers you access to the services of our website. By registering as a member with us, or purchasing products from us, you are accepting these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the services. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen years old.
NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA SALES ONLY
We only sell and ship Products within New Zealand and to Autralia. All prices are New Zealand Dollar and GST inclusive.
PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING TIMES
We currently accept payments using credit card facilities or bank deposit only.
Payments will not be processed until all applicable information has been received by Eleven Vape. Payments are not cleared on weekends or public holidays, please ensure sufficient funds are available on credit cards for payment to be processed on the next business day.
Eleven Vape reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received before the expiry date of your invoice, which displayed under your invoice details.
Eleven Vape also reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on www.elevenvape.co.nz at any time without notification.
DELIVERY
The Eleven Vape will make every attempt to dispatch your item as soon as possible, it may however take up to 3 working days from date of payment for your item to be dispatched. Please note items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at the time of checkout.
Eleven Vape makes every effort to deliver your product according to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout, however bears no liability for delays caused by Courier companies. All estimated delievery times are in business days and exclude weekends and/or public holidays.
STORE CREDIT
Any credit awarded to the customer may only be used towards the payment of products listed on our website. Credit may only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions listed on the website. Any credit awarded is non-redeemable for cash.
If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another item with at least the same specifications, then a full refund (including shipping) will be provided. The item(s) must be returned to us with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals. The item(s) must be complete and intact under the warranty provisions. Upon return Eleven Vape or the local distributor/manufacturer will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product cannot be repaired or exchanged for a same or similar item, a full refund (including shipping) will be provided.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD
Whilst Eleven Vape employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for its transactions with our customers, Eleven Vape will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
